I build the leasing sites, follow-up and lead systems behind Leasing Campaigns, from Redlands, California.
For years I've built websites, landing pages and lead systems for companies, both as a consultant and the person doing the work. Through my studio, The Giant Maker, and alongside agencies, I've helped businesses turn interest into booked appointments.
The work that kept winning was leasing. Apartments have a problem that's easy to see and expensive to ignore: a renter asks a question at 9 p.m., nobody answers until tomorrow, and by then they've toured somewhere else. I solved that for INTRO in Cleveland, and they brought me back for Columbus.
So I built Leasing Campaigns to do one thing really well: get every lead answered fast and handed to the right leasing person, with the rules done right. I'm starting here on the West Coast, from Redlands, with property managers I can actually meet.
How I work
